It is only a matter of weeks before the Suzuki European GSX-R Cup (organised in collaboration with the Alstare Group) returns after a six month-long gap, and in the Arcore workshop (near Milan) where the bikes for the 2007 season are currently being prepared, pressure is rising as mechanics up their efforts to make sure the Suzuki GSX-R 750 K6 bikes are in mint condition for the start of the season.

A grippier and wider racing line around the Losail circuit allowed the cream of the World SBK paddock to score some impressive times on the latest generation of Pirelli race rubber on the second day of testing.
